Abigail Spencer

Abigail Leigh Spencer, born 4 August 1981, is an American actress. Most well-known is her role in the film Cowboys & Aliens The Haunting in Connecticut 2 Ghosts of Georgia Oz the Great and Powerful It Is Where I Leave You as well as in the television series Angela's Eyes Mad Men Hawthorne & Suits. Her roles were mostly as guest actors for several years in TV shows. For instance, in the TV show Hawthorne, she was recognized for her role as her character Dr. Erin Jameson. As time went on, her gorgeous looks and powerful acting abilities led to her gaining a loyal fan base. In the film Campfire Stones, she played in the role when she was just 20 years old. The other films she's appeared in include Jekyll This Means War and Chasing Mavericks. The character she played as the lead character in Beautiful Now was recognized with a Madrid International Film Festival Award. On the television program Timeless in which she portrayed the role of Lucy Preston, a history professor. Spencer has received positive reviews from critics about her performance in the sci-fi program Timeless. The actress has also been nominated for a Teen Choice Award.
